    If you paid a registration fee and need a written receipt with any particular information, please fill and send us the Receipt Request Form.

    COPYRIGHT FORM and RECEIPT REQUEST FORM SHORT FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

    1. COPYRIGHT
    1.1 Should I print and sign the Copyright form?
    Yes.

    1.2 May I send the Copyright form by fax or scan it and send by email?
    Preferably not. Send the original form by surface Mail. Thank you.

    1.3 Should all the authors sign?
    Not necessarily. If one of the authors was authorized by the others, he/she may sign alone on line (1), "Author/Authorized Agent for Joint Authors"

    2. RECEIPT
    2.1 May I fill the Receipt Request form on computer and send the file by email?
    Yes. Send it by email to Elaine.Rodrigues@poli.usp.br

    2.2 Should I send one request form for each paid registration?
    Preferably yes. Thank you.

    3. IN GENERAL
    3.1 May I hand-deliver the form(s) at the Conference?
    That is not a good idea. Please send the form(s) beforehand.

  • October 01st, 2010 - Deadline for authors registration delayed until October 8th.
  • October 01st, 2010 - Instructions for poster and oral presentations are available.
  • September 1st, 2010 - "Boleto bancário" option is open.
  • August 19th, 2010 - Registration is open. Instructions on the "Registration" menu.
  • August 18th, 2010 - New menu item "Final Paper Submission". Click on the menu item for instructions about how to submit your final version of the paper.
  • August 3rd, 2010 - The conference is running out of the initial schedulle. Notification of acceptance is planned to start on 15th of August.
  • June 7th, 2010 - The submission deadline has been extended until June 14th, 2010. To submitt your paper, click on the authors area menu.
  • May 5th, 2010 - If you are having difficulties to login using Internet Explorer, follow the recommendations to allow the submission system works with cookies.
  • April 20th, 2010 - The "CALL FOR PAPERS" PDF file is available.
