On December 6, 2024, a meeting was held with some members of the IEEE UFMT Student Branch, including the presence of the president, vice-president, secretary, and other group members. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the organization of a year-end event for 2024 and to plan potential activities and projects for 2025.

During the meeting, ideas were presented to strengthen member integration and consolidate the branch’s impact on the academic community, focusing on innovation and technology. Participants emphasized the importance of maintaining an active calendar of events and aligning the branch’s actions with IEEE’s strategic goals.
