• Define the number of activities for the annual plan (deadline: January 31).

• Graduation Update: Extension Hours with Workshop Project – Research at the target institution with a questionnaire about career paths.

• New Gmail and Instagram accounts created (separate from CAS).

• Instagram Welcome Post and scheduling.

• Technical Visits (CEITEC) at the beginning of the semester with professors and transportation availability.

• Definition of meetings (1 per month during breaks and 2 during academic months).

• New IEEE communities with awards for best projects.

• Drive is now private.

• Promotion of the branch to new courses and other engineering fields (Electrical, Automation).
