O IEEE WIE UFBA tem o prazer de apresentar o projeto “Enedina Marques”. Este nome é altamente representativo, homenageando a primeira engenheira negra do Brasil. Enedina Marques formou-se em 1945 na Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR).

O projeto consiste em uma série de webinars voltados para a disseminação de conhecimento em diversas áreas da engenharia e tecnologia, com cada sessão sendo conduzida por uma mulher especialista. O objetivo é celebrar e promover a participação feminina nesses campos, ampliando a visibilidade e o protagonismo de mulheres na área.

Este webinar que ocorreu dia 11/11/24 às 19h, teve como tema “IA Generativa e seus Impactos na Sociedade” realizado pela Prof. Dra. Tatiane Nogueira.

The IEEE WIE UFBA is pleased to present the “Enedina Marques” project. This name is highly symbolic, honoring the first Black female engineer in Brazil. Enedina Marques graduated in 1945 from the School of Engineering at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR).

The project consists of a series of webinars aimed at disseminating knowledge in various fields of engineering and technology, with each session led by a female expert. The goal is to celebrate and promote women’s participation in these fields, enhancing their visibility and leadership.

The webinar held on 11/11/24 at 7 PM focused on the theme “Generative AI and Its Impacts on Society,” presented by Prof. Dr. Tatiane Nogueira.
