In this meeting, the days and times for the MTTS SIGHT project (Inspiring Future Engineers) to take place with the students were established. Additionally, the volunteers were divided into groups, such as the marketing group, the group responsible for documenting the project with photos and videos, the group of monitors who will guide the students in their projects, and the group that will deliver lessons and produce content. Besides these, there are also communication, editing, and other roles filled by the MTTS board members, including the treasurer, secretary, webmaster, among others. This way, we aim to organize ourselves in the best possible manner to ensure the success of this project.
