This workshop aims to provide a solid foundation in the basic and intermediate use of oscilloscopes. We have observed that many students struggle to utilize this essential tool effectively, which often discourages them from pursuing a specialization in electronics or even developing an interest in fields like telecommunications and microwaves.

In this course, we will not only demonstrate the basic functionalities of an oscilloscope but also explore its practical applications in research, industry, and medicine. For example, we will discuss the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) of a signal generated by the oscilloscope, highlighting its role in analyzing frequency components. By the end of the workshop, participants will gain hands-on experience and a deeper understanding of how this powerful tool can enhance their work in various fields.
